We are looking for a business-savvy Monetization Lead (f/m/x) to work with and develop our horizontal team of monetization experts. You will build on game data, competitor analysis, and industry best practices to refine current and develop fresh monetization and pricing strategies. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams from both inside the studio as well as from within Stillfront Group to implement these strategies and make a difference!
Lead and develop a passionate team of Monetization Managers.
Devise and implement strategic roadmaps for the hybrid monetization of our cross-platform games in cooperation with the product teams.
Orchestrate our hybrid monetization model between in-app purchases and ad monetization to enhance revenue generation.
Define, set up, and test new player segmentations across various offer types and across all stages of the player journey.
Identify new features and tools required to further improve monetization efforts of our games, and drive their development in coordination with product stakeholders.
Work in close collaboration with the Marketing, Analytics and Product teams on new and existing games in order to provide monetization recommendations regarding shop design, sales techniques and pricing.
Ensure your team's decision-making is based on a foundation of solid data and player insights.
